How many Indonesian coffee origins are available?
The current PT Sumatra Jawa Soil portfolio lists 11 origins: Gayo, Mandailing, Lintong, Lampung, Java Preanger, Ijen Raung, Toraja, Kalosi Enrekang, Kintamani, Flores Bajawa and Wamena / Baliem.
What is the MOQ for green coffee?
The current standard commercial MOQ is approximately one 20ft container, around 19 MT per origin. Final loading depends on the agreed packaging and shipment plan.
What is the MOQ for roasted coffee?
For selected roasted-to-order origins, the current working MOQ is approximately 100 kg per origin / roast level for retail-pack configurations, or one pallet for HORECA bulk supply.
Can I request a coffee sample?
Yes. Sample availability, quantity and shipping terms are confirmed for the current lot. Use the sample request form and include the target origin, product form, use case and destination.
Do you publish wholesale coffee prices?
Fixed public numeric prices are not treated as a continuously valid commercial offer. Current pricing is provided through a dated quotation based on origin, lot, specifications, volume, packaging and shipment plan. See pricing and order terms.
Which FOB ports can be used?
The current commercial profile lists Belawan, Tanjung Priok and Tanjung Perak as possible loading ports. The applicable port depends on origin and the final shipment plan and is confirmed in the quotation.
Which export documents are available?
Documents depend on product, transaction and destination. Commercial shipment documents are coordinated as applicable; phytosanitary and Certificate of Origin / SKA requirements are confirmed when relevant. NIB is business registration, not a product certification. See export documents.
Do you offer private-label roasted coffee?
Private-label packaging and custom artwork can be discussed for selected roasted coffee configurations, subject to MOQ, materials, production feasibility and buyer approval. See private label / OEM coffee.
Are certifications the same for every lot?
No. Certification, traceability and supporting-document claims are confirmed according to the actual company document or supply lot. We avoid presenting a certification claim unless it can be supported for the supply being discussed.
Who is responsible for destination import permits?
The buyer/importer should confirm destination-country import permits, customs, plant-health and local compliance requirements. Seller-side export documents are coordinated according to the agreed transaction.
