Current catalog quality framework
Each origin is presented with species / variety category, processing method and cup characteristics. Detailed technical specification sheets for grade, moisture content, defect count and screen size are available on request.
The current pricing terms state that Grade 1 green beans are expected to meet standard specification including moisture ≤12.5% and low defect count.
Coffee moisture and defect specifications are lot-specific
Professional green-coffee procurement often sets acceptance criteria for grade, moisture content, defect count, screen size, processing method and cup profile. PT Sumatra Jawa Soil provides specification information where it is recorded for the relevant lot. Values must be confirmed against current inspection records or a mutually agreed method before they are treated as contractual criteria.
Requests for 12% moisture and defect count 80
Buyers looking for Robusta coffee beans with 12% moisture or a coffee bean supplier able to meet a defect count of 80 should state the measurement method, tolerances, sampling procedure and required supporting documents in the RFQ. The current general product information does not guarantee that every available lot meets these exact numbers. The offered lot must be checked and accepted against the buyer's specification.
