Grades stated in the current catalog, with detailed lot specifications available on request.
Catalog grading
Most Arabica origins are listed as Grade 1. Ijen Raung and Kintamani are listed as Grade 1 (Washed). Wamena / Baliem is listed as Grade 1 (Remote/Organic). Lampung Robusta is listed as Commercial Grade 1.
Detailed grade, moisture, defect count and screen-size specifications are available as separate specification sheets on request. Any formal organic certification should be confirmed separately for the contracted lot.
